Report to: General Manager总经理
Position Overview: Management of the day to day operation of F&B Department, Telephones, and Night Audit functions, plus liaison with Kitchen Department.Ensuring that service standards are maintained in these areas, profitability maximized and customer’s needs met.管理餐饮部日常运营,与厨房部密切合作以保证各部分的服务标准,利润最大化和满足客人需求。
Responsibilities:
ü Management of the F&B Department operation to achieve a reputation as a market leader in individualized customer focused service in the Restaurant locality.管理餐饮部的运营以达到市场领先地位。
ü Responsible for marketing and sales activities during the period of pre-opening and operation to maximize the effect of Restaurant’s brand and earnings.负责餐厅的销售以及市场推广活动,使酒店的品牌效应以及收入最大化。
ü Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures, follow set procedures and are customer focused.有效的流程管理以确保所有客人的登记和结账都符合规定程序,并关注客人感受。ü Deal with guests’ complaints and accumulate experience.Encourage the team to achieve total customer satisfaction.处理客人投诉并总结经验,在团队内推广并达到客人完全满意。
ü Establish in conjunction with the General Manager financial performance targets for revenue, expenditure and market share and ensure department achieves these targets.建立本部门与总经理的财务目标的结合,达到收入、花费和市场占有率的目标达成。ü Effectively leading and motivating all department staffs.有效地领导和激励部门所有员工。
ü Establish on-going On Job Training Programs within the department.建立持续的部门技能培训
Requirements:
