整改方案:

因工厂生产的需求需要员工进行一定时间的加班,为达要求,自6月始: Reform program :

Employees are required to work overtime for some time due to factory’s production needs.To meet the needs ,the program will start at the beginning of June :

1、员工入职签用工合同时,加签一份加班自愿原则的告之书,加强员工及基层管理人员对自愿加班的认识,同时自愿签署加班的补充合同;

when sign the employment contract , a notice of voluntary overtime principle is added to strengthen personnel staff and management’s understanding of voluntary overtime , and a supplementary contract of voluntary overtime is needed;

2、员工周六和周日遵循自愿加班原则,休息不需申请和写请假条,保证员工每周休息一天,员工可直接向人力资源部反映过程中出现的问题; employees must follow the principle of voluntary overtime on Saturday and Sunday, rest is not required to apply for, leave note is not needed.A weekly day off is ensured.Employees can reflect the problems appeared in the proceto the human resources department directly;

3、加班与否为自愿,管理人员不得以任何形式或借口要求员工加班;

Working overtime or not is totally voluntary, the management shall not in any form or take any excuse to force the employees to work overtime.4、生产部每月月尾计划好下个月的加班时间,并公告通知,特殊情况至少提前一天通知,如员工愿意加班,让员工填写自愿加班申明表,入档保存;

the production department should work out next month’s overtime hours at the end of each month, and set outnotice, at least one day's notice should be given on anyspecial case.The staff shouldfill out the voluntary overtime declaration form if the staff is willing to work overtime, which to be saved in the profile.5、如果员工是非自愿加班,员工可向员工代表或人力资源部提出异议,共同调查此事,并追纠责任人责任,处理结果成文入档;

If the overtime is not taken voluntarily, employees can raise an objection to the employee representatives or the human resources department, investigate the matter jointly and affix the responsibility for the person in charge, treatment results will be filed.6、特殊人员不安排加夜班:未成年工和孕妇
