圣廷苑酒店菲苑咖啡厅与画家合作协议书
SIDE A: The Pavilion Hotel – Fusion Cafe
甲方：深圳圣廷苑酒店有限公司
SIDE B: Artist
乙方：高庆久 先生（身份证号码：***034）Both sides agreed Hotel invite Artist to give performance, Hotel must be pay the salary to Artist by the agreed price, both sides must be fulfill this contract.经双方协议商定，甲方聘请乙方到场画像，甲方付乙方协定的画像报酬，双方并
愿意履行各自的责任和义务。

2.Hotel pay the salary to Artist is:
甲方应付乙方画像报酬： 每天（两小时）壹佰伍拾元整（￥150元）
3.Salary payment date:
甲方应付乙方演出费的日期： 每月15日现金结清（如遇节假日顺延）
4、具体安排：
乙方在协议时间内为餐厅用餐的客人免费画漫画头像，如其它时段来餐厅画像，需
提前一天知会餐厅经理并征得允许后方能进行，此时段甲方不再额外支付乙方费
用。乙方可建议客人相片贴膜或安装相框，所得费用归乙方所有。
REMARKS 备注：
1.Artist will have to be at Fusion Café no later than five minute advance.乙方应按协议的日期和时间准时提前5分钟到场，做好准备工作；
2.Artist must be ensure the show quality every time and perform in coordination with Hotel
乙方保证期间画像的质量和配合甲方的要求；
3.Hotel pay the salary to Artist on the agreed price.甲方按照协定日期，准时发给乙方画像费；
4.Artist offer paper and pencil with themselves every time.乙方负责自备画像所需的纸、笔、画架等相关物品；
5.If Artist be late or be absence from Fusion Café Hotel can deprive of the salary.Hotel offer free tea or ice water.乙方如迟到或缺席，甲方有权力向乙方索赔所造成的损失或扣除画像费用；甲方免费
为乙方提供画像期间的茶水。
6.Pavilion Hotel can not provide dining, living, laundry at the entertainment period.圣廷苑酒店不提供吃、住及洗衣服务。
