I’m very glad to stand here to share my speech with you.I’m a young teacher from Cheng Guan Primary School.My name is Liu Na.Today my topic is“Happy English Teaching.”
I love my English teaching career.I love children, I love to study and play with them.Sometimes, they make me feel that I’m not a teacher but a friend.It’s well-known that teachers are engineers of mankind spirits.Teaching career is the most wonderful career in the sun.So,I think the real English teaching should be happy all the time.Actually , when I stepped to the 3-foot platform to be an English teacher , I tried my best to make my students practice the patterns time after time , I hoped that they would get high marks in test.However , my students didn't care about it , they showed le attention to my cla.Then I gradually found that there were some problems in my English teaching.My cla was lack of active and interactive patterns.So after that, I tried my best to make my claes interesting and enjoyable.I tried to organize
-1-games and activities, such as competitions, role plays, gueing games, body languages, and so on.And I learned to get along with my students and dealt with all kinds of troubles.Day by day, step by step.Change a little into more.I find that my students and I make progre together every day.What a pleasure!I think that the teaching is a lot of fun.You always have many students around.It gives me a happy and meaningful life.I like it!And also I think teachers should have a pair of sharp eyes and see students clearly;we’ll find turning points of English teaching.Don’t give up one student.Teaching is the project of conscience.Teachers who love students are good teachers and good human beings.I’m a happy woman.I’m a happy English teacher.I hope we’ll be happy and healthy forever，for ourselves, our families, our students and our English teaching.Thank you very much for your attention!
