暑期实习项目简介
花旗十分重视人才储备和对未来管理人员的培养。银行每年招聘若干优秀的硕士毕业生参加花旗的管理培训生项目。该项目作为花旗人才发展的重要战略之一，旨在选拔具备领导潜能的学生，由公司投入各种资源进行培训培养，使其成为花旗管理人员的储备力量，满足花旗在中国各地业务迅速发展的需要。
花旗资本市场及企业银行部暑期实习为管理培训生项目的预选项目。实习时间为期3个月，自2011年7月至9月。暑假期间学生需尽量全职工作，开学后根据学校课程安排兼职工作。被选入该项目并在实习期间表现优秀者将优先进入管理培训生项目的复试阶段。复试通过者将被录用为2012届管理培训生！
应聘要求：
1.2012年毕业的硕士研究生
2.本科及研究生阶段成绩优异，奖学金或各种竞赛奖项获得者
3.曾担任学生组织、社团机构或重大社会活动的主要负责人者
4.中英文听读说写能力优秀

To ensure that Citi has a pipeline of future leaders, Citi recruits a number of outstanding master-degree holders every year to join the Citi Management Aociate Program.As an important strategy of Citi talent development, the program aims to select students with leadership potential, develop them through trainings and rotations to meet Citi’s rapid busine growth needs in China.The Citi Summer Internship Program provides an opportunity to also be considered in the selection proce for this ICG Management Aociate Program.The ICG Summer Internship Program is a 3-month program, starting from July 2011 to September 2011.During the internship participants have the opportunity to work on full time basis.The top performing interns from the program will be selected and invited to participate in the proce for the opportunity to be selected to join the Management Aociate Program at the end of the internship.Candidates who succefully pa the final selection proce after their internship will be offered positions as 2012 Management Aociate.Additionally when the new semester starts there may be the opportunity to work part-time as per school curriculum schedule.General Requirements:
1.Due to graduate and succefully pa a Masters Degree in year 2012
2.Le than 2 years full time working experience
3.Strong academic performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies;winner of scholarships and prizes for various kinds of competitions preferred
4.Leadership experience in student aociations, social organizations or important social events
5.Proficient in both Mandarin and English
