Today, my speech topic is “BE WHAT YOU WANNA BE”.Yes, you gueed it, this is the name of a song.This song is a very nice song from Swedish singer Darin Zanyar.I first heard it in 2009, which is alibaba’s ten anniversary celebration party, the opening night of that day is when all alibaba colleagues chorus of the song.说到阿里巴巴，我想很多人都不陌生，这个由马云在1999年一手创立的企业已经成长为中国最重要的互联网企业之一。而马云，也成为包括我在内的中国诸多年轻人的精神偶像，因为我们都渴望像他一样成功
Talking to Alibaba, I think people are not unfamiliar, this company founded in 1999 by jack Ma, the enterprise has grown as one of the most important Internet companies in China.And jack ma, has also become a spiritual idol of many young people in China, including me, because we all long for succe like him.在不久的将来，我最希望自己成功的一件事就是创业。因为我一直都觉得创业最能锻炼和提高一个人，也能创造巨大的经济和社会价值。
In the near future, most desired succe for me is self-employment.Because I always think Self-employment can exercise and improve a person, and it also creates great economic and social value.创业这个话题在大学生中一直都是个热门词，但很少有人成功。究其原因，我认为主要有一下几点：第一，盲目进入到一个并不了解的行业。对于所创事业的相关环境一定要认真分析，这主要包括研究相关法令规定，潜在客户和竞争对手是谁﹑切入的角度或竞争手法，行业服务或产品的市场价格等等。第二，缺乏良好的财务管理制度。要做好创业资金的规划，包括资金的来源，未来的运营成本和企业的营业收入等。第三，企业管理失控。大学生大都缺乏实践经验，很多人不懂如何经营管理企业，这样很容易造成企业内部管理混乱，最后造成创业失败。Self-employment has been a very hot topic among college students, but few people made it.Investigate its reason, I think basically it could be described as the following points:
First, quite be blind to enter an industry that don't know about much.Be cautious and serious to analysis relative environment of the busine you start, including research on related law and rules, potential customers and competitors, the cutting point or competitive skill, the market price of the services and products etc.Second, Lack of good financial management system.To make a good plan on self-employment capital, including the source of the funds, operation costs in the future and enterprise's busine revenue, etc.Third, the enterprise management is out of control.Most college student lack of practical experience, and most of them don't know how to manage enterprise, so it is easy to cause the enterprise internal management confusion, and the busine failed finally.最近的两个月我一直在一家刚起步的物业公司兼职实习。实践出真知，这份工作让我学到了很多课本上没有的知识，也认识到了自己诸多的不足。我认为公司管理者最重要的能力是协调和控制能力。实际工作中我们打交道最多的还是人，有人的地方就有利益。能够协调各方的利益并且还能牢牢的控制各方，这才是当老板的魅力，也是我目前在努力学习的地方。
In recent two months, I have been working in a nascent property management company in my part time.Knowledge comes from practice, this job made me learn a lot of knowledge that we cannot get from books, and also learnt many shortcomings on myself.I think the most important ability of the company manager is to coordination and control ability.In actual work, we get along with most people.Wherever there are people, there are interests.Coordinating the interests of all parties and also firmly controlling the parties is the bo charming and I am currently trying to learn.如果说为什么非要创业，我想这应该是年少时的一个梦想。我不知道生活会在下一刻给我带来惊喜或者失望，但我拥有这个梦想，我就会拥有动力，我就会一直坚持并努力，就不会在我迷茫的时候丧失目标和信心.If you say why I start a busine, I think it should be in a dream of youth.I don't know life will bring me surprise or disappointment next moment.However I have this dream, I'll have the power and will be to insist and try hard, don't lost goals and confidence when I am at sea.这就是我的演讲，谢谢各位。This is my speech, thank you.
