导语：受中国科协委托，由武汉市创新研究会承办的“首届武汉创新方法师资培训班”，周二上午在武汉科技馆开课。武汉市创新研究会会长胡国章出席开课仪式。
The city’s first innovation training cla opened on Tuesday morning at the Wuhan Museum of Science.Huang Baohua reports.画外：参加开课仪式的还有中国科协、武汉市科协、武汉市创新研究会负责人。第一批38名培训学员，来自市科协指定的10家创新试点企业。作为企业的科技骨干，他们被称为武汉系统开展创新培训的第一期“黄埔军校”学员。
武汉是国家创新试点城市，首届创新培训班邀请了中国科协、全国创新巡讲团的专家，对企业代表进行为期4天的理论培训，实战互动，通过方法普及和企业再培训，扩大覆盖面，助推企业形成有规模、有活力的创新团队，鼓励科技人才为企业发展贡献才智。

画外：简短的开班仪式后，中国科学技术协会总工程师李赤泉为学员们讲授了题为《技术创新 理念与方法》的第一节培训课。

The first innovation training program is supported by the China Aociation of Science and Technology.During the 4-day training, 38 trainees from 10 local enterprises will be taught the basic theory and methods of making innovation.One of the officials from the Wuhan Innovation Research Institute said that as one of China’s experimental cities for innovation, enterprise innovation is regarded as one of the most important factors to boost the overall development of the whole city.The city invited famous experts from around the country to carry out the training program.The first group of trainees will act as teachers to teach a larger number of people when they complete the course and return back to their enterprises.Such a training program is expected to help build larger teams of innovative personnel who will build enterprise cultures that include an innovative spirit at their core
