 当用信用卡做了预定的客人入住时，无论何种预定，已确认或是没有确认的，都要自然生成一种有保证的付款方式。 在办理入住手续时，一定要特别的注意当前的信用卡，核实确保是使用者本人的信用卡并且持有者有权使用。

 必须妥善保管预授权单据直到客人离店，在客人办理离店手续是用有客人签字的最终账单代替这张预授权单，并将预授权单撕毁。
