[摘要] 目的 探讨医护联合查房对提高护理满意度的作用。方法 选取2012年1月～2014年12月神经内科护理人员38例为观察组，消化内科护理人员37例为对照组。对照组采用医护各自查房的模式。观察组采用医护联合查房模式进行查房。对两组患者的护理满意度情况进行比较。结果 观察组护理人员对专业水平提高程度总提高率为92.11%，明显高于对照组的78.38%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of combined round of doctors and nurses on improving nursing satisfaction.Methods 38 nurses from department of neurology from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and 37 nurses from department of gastroenterology during the same period were selected as the control group.The control group were received the model of separated round of doctors and nurses while the observation group were received the model of combined round of doctors and nurses.Patients' nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared.Results The total improvement rate of the degree of nurses' profeional level in the observation group was 92.11% which was significantly higher than that in the control group 78.38% and the difference was significant（P
