料取制样工作和样品管理工作的质量管理员，今天的故事就是围绕她展开的。She is the quality controller of Ezhou Pelletizing Plant, taking charge of sample taking-and-storing work.Today’s story is all about her.她每天的工作从一通电话开始，那是通知她取样的电话。接着，她会奔赴XX或者去XX检验进厂原料。Her everyday work always begins with a call---the call informing her to take samples.Then, she would walk to the railway station or wharf in the plant to examine the importing resources.人们总是问她“为什么你不在办公室待着，而是要跑到最偏远艰苦的地方去呢？”每一次，她都只是感谢他们的关心但不多说什么。People always ask her “why don’t you stay in the office like all the other girls in our plant, but runs to the hardest places?” Every time she would only thanks their concern, but answers with no more words.因为她知道，只有到现场监督外购原料取样，她才能知道原料的真实状况，并且第一时间把信息反馈给厂里。Because in her heart, she knows that it is the sense of responsibility guides her to do so, and only when she sees the resources in person that she would know the real situation of the importing resources, and give the first feedback to her plant.在日复一日的工作中，她渐渐明白，作为刚踏入社会不久的新分大学生，必须要放下身段，克服浮躁的情绪把质量管理工作做实，做深入。Gradually, she knows that modesty and being down-to-earth are eential for a freshman to work efficiently.在那一份责任感的驱动下，她毅然奔向艰苦的现场，坚持检验每一艘船和每一辆火车、汽车。
