I am Steven, it is my pleasure to introduce myself to you, and i hope i can make a good performance today.Now i will introduce myself briefly,i am 25 years old,born in Taiyuan.My major is journalism and I graduated from Hainan normal university 1 year ago before.In my spare time,I have some interests like many other youngsters.I like computer games and basketball,and my favoueite activity is reading.I am open-minded ,quick in thought and my heart is filled with great joy and interesting.My most important poeion is health.I am very healthy and I think good health is eential to a happy life.Only in good shape can you expect to live comfortably or work ef fectively.In contrast, without good health,a ambitious and promising man will have few chances to fihgt for the future.In the daily life, i set enough time for persevering in exercises in addition to sleep and rest.And i give up the habits that damage my health, such as drinking too much alcohol.And when i find some disease,i have it timely treated.And In my spare time I like running, swimming, and playing table tennis.So, I can keep fit and pursue my study with great facility.And i think poeion shouid became everyone’s important poeion, do you think so?
