一:人才是为企业所用的。

人才是企业的宝贵财富,各级管理者必须爱惜人才,绝不能嫉贤妒能。即使管理者自身是一个非凡的人才,如果手下没有几个才华卓越的干将和一大批各类骨干,孤家寡人是很难成就大业的。
二、要有求贤若渴的观念。

三、关键人才的培养和管理。
