立场文件写作要求
a.抬头： 左上角从上到下依次为姓名(Delegate)，学校(School)，国家(Country)，会场(Committee)，日期（Date）
b.正文： 议题背景(Background of the Topic)，已有国际行动及措施(Past International Actions and Solutions)，国家政策方针及可行解决措施(National Policy and Poible Solutions)，对会议进程的建议（Opinions for the conference）c.页眉： 插入页眉并在右上角填写代表姓名（中文场填写中文姓名，英文场填写英文名）
d.行距： 整份文件采用单倍行距
e.页边距： 整份文件采用页边距为上下左右各1英寸（2.54厘米）
f.字体： 中文场通篇使用宋体，英文场通篇使用 Times New Roman
g.字号： 通篇文件使用12号字

4Climate change has been, and will be a rather complex problem, which has consequences for all spheres of existence on the planet.It either exerts an influence on, or is influenced by, global iues, including poverty, economic development, population growth, sustainable development and resource management.It is, therefore, not surprising that solutions come from all disciplines and fields of research and development.Overall, it must be markedly underlined to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system.Notwithstanding a number of solutions that the Conferences of the Parties have put forward, it’s acknowledged that the existing mechanisms have apparent shortcomings.Since the implementation of the flexibility mechanisms, a number of other concerns
have been raised.There have been various criticisms of the CDM.These include exce profits generated by CDM projects designed to reduce emiions of industrial gases, adverse effects of projects on local communities, and the failure of the CDM to promote development in the poorest regions of the world.Criticisms have also been made of the various emiions trading schemes set-up by developed countries to meet their first-round Kyoto targets.As a country included in Annex I of Kyoto Protocol, Greece has been applying itself to the climate change iues.The strategy for sustainable development and the second national climate change program were launched in 2002 to define the climate change policy framework, set the climate change mitigation as one of the sustainable development priorities and identify the additional measures needed to meet the Kyoto Protocol target.These policies have been referred to by Greece as the cornerstones of its climate change policy.Until recently, the Greek climate change policy has been focused on meeting its Kyoto Protocol target, while currently the efforts are already geared towards taking the country on a path to achieve the 2020 targets.In the appendices a list of the Greece’s major policies and measures on climate change and a list of indicators relevant to greenhouse gas emiions and removals for Greece are demonstrated.Through The 17th Conference of the Parties, Greece, which in actuality, is currently experiencing a financial crisis, is eagerly expecting to find an advisable way of balancing the climate change mitigation and the domestic economic advancement.Greece conceives the ideas as follow:
1.Greece will stick to its relevant PaMs and spare no efforts to establish a workable mechanism to better cope with the ongoing climate change iues,2.Greece urges upon each party included in Annex I of Kyoto Protocol and any other countries that are capable the significance of implementing their obligation to reduce GHG emiions and by other reasonable means contribute to global environment,3.Greece have high expectations of better mechanisms mooted during the COP 17 which can outstrip the existing one in feasibility and maneuverability, for example, a fund collection system can be put into practice where forfeits from countries or corporations get collected and made use of so as to ameliorate the proce of mitigating climate change,4.Greece calls on all delegates participating the conference to debate actively with the aim of reaching a compromise, and take into account the adverse effects of the final resolution that can trigger not only a considerable slowdown or regreion in the economy of certain areas but more damage done to fundamental human rights in comparatively poor areas.2.Working Paper 工作文件

无固定的格式要求，可仿效立场文件或决议草案的写法，至少需要一个起草国（sponsor）,不需要附议国（signatory）

3.Draft Resolution 决议草案
决议草案是模拟联合国会议中最重要的文件，决议草案的写作在语言、结构和内容等方面有着严格的要求。模拟联合国中的各位代表在撰写决议草案是应该严格遵守相关的要求和规范。决议草案的条款分为序言性条款(Perambulatory Clauses)和行动性条款(Operative Clauses)两类。如果决议草案的赞成票如果达到或超过全部有效票数的三分之二，即意味着决议草案得到通过而成为了正式的决议。反之，则意味着决议草案未获通过。
