爱在蓝天之空姐面试篇

第一，请穿职业装来面试
空姐的工作要求制服。来参加空姐面试，最好的面试服装也是制服，筒裙，高跟鞋。并不是所有的准空姐都知道这一点，每次主管面试工作的时候，都能看到穿牛仔裤、短裤、时装裙或者碎花短裙的面试者。穿不符合职业要求的服装来参加面试，给我们这些面试官的印象自然非常不好。空姐面试并不一定要求白衬衫黑筒裙，职业装的颜色大家可以自行调配。冬天的面试很冷，大家可以在制服外面套一件羽绒大衣保暖。
第二，不要和男友或父母一起来参加面试
大家在参加面试的时候估计都见过我们贴的“陪同人员禁止入楼”的标志。其实，航空公司也非常不喜欢空姐的亲友团等在大楼外面。大量停放的车辆会影响交通，尤其是影响友邻单位的工作。航空公司一般会希望面试者能搭乘公共交通，准空姐们最好还是搭乘公共交通来面试。
还有就是空姐本身是一种服务性的工作，航空公司不会希望看到来面试的准空姐在家都是被服务的角色。一次中午吃饭的时候，看到在大楼外面一些准空姐们的父母帮她们拿着包拿着鞋拿着衣服，我的主管跟我们几个负责面试的人说：“这样的人怎么能当好空姐呢?”结果那几名和父母男友一起来面试的准空姐都直接落选。
和男友一起来面试更是非常忌讳的事情，一般航空公司都会明确要求空姐在入职的前3年里不可以结婚。和男友一起来面试的空姐会让航空公司比较担心。
有人说作为主考官，你怎么知道来面试的我是自己来的?还是和亲友团一起来的?其实很好观察，你有没有自己拿着自己的拖鞋袋和服装包呢?
第三，注意不要干扰面试宾馆、酒店等场所的正常工作并保持卫生。
除了亲友团的车辆会影响交通，每次空姐面试完，面试的宾馆附近的地面也都会一片狼藉。一大片亲友团们丢弃的烟蒂、面包纸、饼干包装和饮料瓶子，甚至还有到处吐的痰。我们的主管对此一直都非常生气。所以，注意面试千万不要带亲友团来。
还有就是，航空公司理解高跟鞋不舒服，冬天冷，夏天热，容易留下疤痕，允许空姐们穿高跟凉鞋来面试或者拖鞋袋和衣服包来，在面试前后换鞋换衣服。甚至很多面试官也更欣赏会照顾自己的空姐(拎着拖鞋袋、衣服包入楼可能会被加分呢)。但是请不要在面试的酒店大厅的沙发上或者办公楼门口换鞋换衣服，酒店方面一直对此意见非常大。出了面试的酒店或写字楼，在离开保安区30米以外的地方换就比较好。
第四，要甜美大方
空姐是一份要负责接待客人的职业，冷傲型的空姐是各大航空公司都不欢迎的。另外航空公司也不喜欢多事的空姐，希望空姐能够落落大方。国内某航空公司把在北京的海选改在人来人往的东安市场，除了宣传自己公司形象，考验准空姐们面对公众是否能做到落落大方也是航空公司的一个重要考量。这点很多其他的国内航空公司也在考虑学习南航的先进经验，我听说吉祥和川航都将在明年开始通过选秀的方式招聘。
不要随便去投诉客人。每次我在负责空姐招聘的时候都会收到空姐们的大量的投诉，男面试官和准空姐握手被空姐投诉过;保安盯着准空姐看也被投诉过;在东安市场还有准空姐去阻止来购物的顾客拍照，或者躲镜头，甚至跟顾客大吵起来强迫顾客删掉自己的照片。大家都有肖像权，但是面试的这几天里，还是要尽力克制一下，做不到落落大方至少也要装得落落大方一点(笑)。各种骚扰是将来在空姐工作中常常遇到的，怎么有技巧的自行处理掉或忍耐下来，是航空公司希望来面试的空姐们都已经具备的职业能力。
第五，不要轻言放弃
很少有空姐一面就可以被录取，很多被录取的空姐都经历过多次面试，8面10面之后被录取都不算什么。面试是一个不断积累经验和提高的过程。开始你可能不知道该穿什么服装，不知道要避免疤痕，甚至不会认真的读面试通知上的着装要求。但是慢慢的通过不断参加面试，认识新朋友，读更多的面经，你可能就会逐渐了解空姐究竟是一份怎样的职业，它的职业要求究竟是什么，这样你的被录取机会也会不断地增加了呢。
