摘要:改革开放以来,中国农村快速发展,环境状况相对稳定。但是由于人口、资源、经济高速增长的巨大压力以及制度安排、政策管理等方面的原因,农村环境形势依然不容乐观,我国农村要实现可持续发展, 构建农村环保生态系统,必须要重视和解决好农村的面源污染等问题。本文通过对农村环境污染和可持续发展理论的深入探讨,结合我国农村生态环境现状的分析,对社会主义新农村建设的生态环境和可持续发展问题进行了探索,结合生态环境和可持续发展的理论,根据不同地区农村建设的经验,对农村面源污染的治理、垃圾处理、农村水、土环境的保护建设等提出了有益的建设性意见,为农村生态环境改善和可持续发展探索了具体建设的应对策略。

Abstract: Since the reform and open policy, the Chinese countryside fast development, the environment condition has been relatively stable.But as a result of the population, the resources, economical high speed aspect and so on growth huge preure as well as system arrangement, policy management reasons, the countryside environment situation is still unoptimistic, our country countryside must realize the sustainable development, constructs the countryside environmental protection ecosystem, must have to take and to solve good countryside questions and so on surface source pollution.This article through to the countryside environmental pollution and the sustainable development theory thorough discuion, unifies our country countryside ecological environment present situation the analysis, has carried on the exploration to the socialism new rural reconstruction ecological environment and the sustainable development question, the union ecological environment and the sustainable development theory, according to the different area rural reconstruction experience, to the countryside surface source pollution government, the garbage disposal, the countryside water, the earth environment protection construction and so on proposed the beneficial constructive opinion, explored the concrete construction for the countryside ecological environment improvement and the sustainable development to be supposed to the strategy.Key word:Surface source pollution trash pollution water quality environment soil erosion solution measure
