第四届华夏武状元武术大赛功夫书画展征稿启事
第四届华夏武状元武术大赛书画展是以“全民健身功夫传奇”为主题，以传承和弘扬中华五千年文化艺术结晶为主旨的大型书画展示活动。借助第四届华夏武状元武术大赛的历史机遇，向世界展示中华民族文化的艺术魅力，让中华民族传统文化在国际沃土中生根开花，绽放异彩！
一、征稿对象：
欢迎年满18周岁以上的中国公民及海外华人华侨、书法家、画家、书画爱好者均可投稿。
二、征稿要求：
（一）作品类别：
1、书法作品（含篆刻、硬笔）；
2、美术作品。
（二）作品规格：
1、书法作品两幅：其中一幅内容为“武”字，字体不限；另外一幅题材不限、内容不限；尺寸规格为4X2尺以上。（书法作品是草书、篆文者请附释文）
2、美术作品：中国画、水彩画、水粉画、油画、素描、速写（规格4尺以上，欢迎巨幅长卷；其他画规格自定）。
3、作者可同时投递书法和国画作品；所有投递作品无需装裱；
4、凡入选作品均有精美礼品一份。本次活动不收取任何参展费用，参展作品一律不退。
三、评奖入展
（一）评选办法
1、组委会邀请国内外知名书画机构负责人或书画艺术家组成专业评审委员会；
2、在应征作品中评选出500幅入选作品，再从入选的500幅作品中评选出50幅，作为本次书画展的获奖作品；
3、除组织主展和巡展外，同时在官方网站设专题展示报道。
（二）奖项设置
1、评奖方式分为书法组和美术组进行，组委会将向获奖作者颁发证书和奖牌。
2、同时组委会还将针对实际情况，在本届书画展活动中设立特殊奖项，其中最具收藏潜力奖10名。
四、作者待遇
1、对获奖作品，组委会将向作者颁发相关的奖牌和证书等；
2、获奖作者将有机会被邀请参加书画展览活动仪式以及第四届华夏武状元武术大赛开幕式、颁奖盛典等；
3、获奖作者将有机会代表国际武术文化研究院赴海外参与文化交流以及境外采风考察等活动；
五、时间安排：
1、征稿时间：2012年1月2日——4月20日
2、展示时间：2012年4月下旬
六、展出地点：湖南省长沙市

Kongfu Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition Contributions for the Fourth Huaxia Wushu Number One Scholar Competition Wanted
The Fourth Huaxia Wushu Number One Scholar Competition Kongfu Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition is a major activity which takes it as the theme that “kongfu legend of nationwide fitne campaign”, aiming at inheritance and
propagation of 5,000 years’ cultural treasure of China.Thanks to the Fourth Huaxia Wushu Number One Scholar Competition, the exhibition gets such a historic opportunity to show the world the artistic charm of China’s traditional culture.1, Contributors:
All Chinese citizens above the age of 18, overseas Chinese, calligraphers, painters and enthusiasts of painting and calligraphy can contribute.2, Contribution requirements
1), work category:
(1), calligraphy(including seal cutting, pen-and-ink calligraphy):
(2), artworks(paintings).2), standard:
(1), two calligraphy works: one takes character “武”as content without style restriction;The other one is beyond restrictions of theme and content with size over 4X2 foot(paraphrase should be enclosed if the work is cursive script or seal script);
(2), artworks: Chinese painting, watercolor, gouache, oil painting, pencil sketch and sketch(above 4 foot, huge scroll is welcomed;size is self-decided for other paintings).(3), One author can contribute works of calligraphy and Chinese painting at the same time;contributions don’t need to be framed;
(4), all contributors whose works are qualified will get an amazing present.No exhibition costs.The exhibition works are not returnable.3，Awards and Exhibition works
1), evaluation method
(1), the committee will invite principals or artists in well-known painting and calligraphy organizations home and abroad to establish a profeional evaluation committee;
(2), 50 artworks will be awarded in the 500 artworks qualified;
(3), a column will be set to show and report the artworks on the official web except organization of exhibition and tour。
2), awards setting
(1), evaluation work will proceed in calligraphy group and painting group respectively, the committee will iue the award-winning authors certificate and medal.(2), the committee will set specific awards in the exhibition event according to actual situation, among which 10 will get the most collective potential award.4, authors’ interests

2), the award-winning authors will have chance to be invited to attend the painting and calligraphy exhibition ceremony, opening ceremony and awards ceremony of the Fourth Huaxia Wushu Number One Scholar Competition;
