摘要
本文采用实验研究方法,检验了研发支出会计政策与项目责任这两个因素对真实盈余管理的影响。研究发现,研发支出资本化、项目经理对项目承担高度责任这两种情况,都可能会导致经理采取过度投资形式的声誉驱动的真实盈余管理,并且当研发支出资本化且经理承担高度项目责任时,与项目挂钩的个人薪酬会加大项目经理过度投资的可能性。
