Q: How can graduates learn more about Nestlé’s recruitment?

应届生可以从什么渠道及时获取雀巢的招聘信息?

A:We use a variety of recruiting methods.Typical methods for hiring recent graduates include

advertisements on the Internetand in newspapers, as well as attending job fairs, campus recruitment and internal referrals

我们的招聘方式非常多样。对于应届毕业生来说,主要的方式是网络广告、报纸广告,招聘会,校园招聘以及内部人员推荐等等。

Take Campus recruitment, for example.Each year we visit top universities in various locations and conduct campus talks which are aimed at attracting top-level candidates.The selection proce starts with advertising the positions and the university campus talks.The next step is application screening and an HR telephone interview.Following that is the screening at the Aement Center, and an interview with the HR department and the hiring manager(or with an HR panel).Then we will make the final decision.We receive more than 20,000 job applications per year.举例说,每年的校园招聘,我们都会到各地最好的大学里面举行讲座,旨在吸引年轻人才。选拔过程从公布职位和学院讲座开始-> 初步筛选-> 人力资源电话面试-> 测评中心-> 人力资源和任职经理面试(或者人力资源评审组面试)-> 最终决定。一般来说,我们会接收超过2万份申请。

A:In addition to the specific knowledge required for the job, we look for young graduates who have good communication skills and are committed to striving for excellence, high quality and continuous improvement.The person should be proactive and highly motivated.For functional trainees, English proficiency is mandatory.On average, it takes three screening seions to complete the selection proce.除去职位本身要求的专业知识之外,我们希望年轻毕业生还能有优秀的交流能力,有上进心,愿意为追求

A: In addition to functional competence and experience, we also look for young talent with a positive attitude and mindset.He/she needs to be hands-on and willing to learn, and with the potential to grow together with Nestlé in China.除去专业技能和经验之外,我们希望年轻毕业生有积极的态度和良好的心态。他们必须脚踏实地、愿意并且有潜力与雀巢中国一起学习和成长。

Nestlé is offering a two-year trainee program for our functional trainees who have just graduated from the university.This program consists of various phases including work in different busine categories, different sales channels with different roles and responsibilities.This experience allows them to learn faster and gain first-hand knowledge about our products, as well as our consumers and their purchasing habits.This also helps them to learn how to market Nestlé products in the market.During the two-year period, they have the opportunity to develop the ability to work independently, understand the workflow of our busine operations both in the back office and at the front line.Most importantly, they have to deal with challenges which they will never encounter in clarooms.In addition to the two year structured on-the-job training, they will also receive claroom training related to attitude, mindset & leadership, functional core competence & skills.对于职能部门的应届毕业培训生,雀巢有一个两年的培训生项目。项目期间,培训生会处理不同的业务类型、接触不同的销售渠道、担任不同的角色并承担不同的责任。这种经历会让他们迅速学习关于产品、用户和用户消费习惯的第一手资料。同时,他们也可以学会如何在市场中营销雀巢产品。两年时间中,他们有机会开发自己独立工作的能力,并且了解我们在办公室和在生产前线的商业流程。更为重要的是,他们需要学会应对那些在课堂中不会遭遇的挑战。除去两年直接的工作岗位培训外,员工也会学习关于心态、思考方式和领导能力,以及主要职业技能和技巧方面的课程。
