初中生论文：基于层次分析的初中学生综合素质评价研究
【中文摘要】中学生综合素质评价一直是学校、家长和社会关注的焦点问题,特别是近几年来,随着素质教育的大力开展,升学考核中不光只看重考试的分数,学生的相关素质等也是一些名校招生考虑的对象,因而一个公正客观的关于中学生综合素质的评价显得尤为重要。在此背景下笔者引入层次分析这种方法,展开学生综合素质评价的设计,试图寻找出一种可以公正、客观并易于操作的中学生综合素质评价方法。本研究通过对学生综合素质评价的内涵和对初中生综合素质评价现状的分析和回顾,找出现在对初中生素质评价的问题和解决办法；同时本研究试图使用层次分析法设计和制定一套公正、客观易于操作的初中生素质评价体系和指标,并用一个案例加以说明。文章主要研究内容：第一章序言,阐述研究的背景及提出问题,以及相关文献综述；第二章是介绍学生综合素质的内涵和重要意义；第三章,指出当前我国初中生综合素质评价现状和问题；第四章重点介绍了层次分析法的基本原理；第五章进行基于层次分析法的初中生综合素质评价的设计和制定,第六章进行案例分析；最后一章做全文总结。文章创新性的将层次分析法引入学生的综合素质评价,根据初中生的特点和以往评价的不足之处,制定了科学的,公正的评价体系,给出操作方法,对初中生综合素质评价提出新的方法和评价体系及方法。
