随着我国社会的不断发展进步,人们所关注的不再仅仅是吃穿住行,人们更加关注的是我国当前的教育问题,其中,初中音乐教育作为我国教育的重要组成部分,其发展更是受到人们的广泛关注,要求我国在新课标改革的大背景下,结合我国实际,全面发展我国的初中音乐教育。本文就现今我国初中音乐教育发展的现状以及解决当前不足的办法等方面着手,希望对于有关部门有积极作用。

一、我国目前初中音乐课堂发展的现状

1、教学率低

目前在部分学校中因师资力量匮乏、教学设备落后,存在音乐教学不被重视的现状。也有的音乐教师在开展音乐教学中,不能够很好地去引导学生参与思考,而只是简简单单地带领学生欣赏几首曲子而已,这根本达不到教学的目的。也有很多音乐教师在音乐教学中,一味强调知识的传授,根本不考虑学生自身的感受,刻意地将自身的看法强硬地赋予学生,在学生遇到问题时,不能给予及时的解答,教学效率低下。

2、不注重学生的个性发展,忽视教学情境的重要性

目前,随着我国教育制度的不断改革,在学校的教学过程中往往更加注重教学质量,而忽视了学生的个性发展以及兴趣的培养(特别是在初中音乐教学过程中,很多学校对于音乐教学不重视(而音乐教学是促进初中时期学生内心世界变化的重要因素,所以,我们不能忽视学生在学习音乐过程中所出现的问题。很多初中音乐教师一般只会采取传统音乐的教学方法,不会借助现代多媒体教学,所以在很大程度上,往往忽视如何利用音乐课堂来创设教学情境)这大大阻碍了我国学生对于音乐的学习热度以及延缓了我国音乐教学质量的提高。

3、教师教学水平不高,教学设施不齐全

教师对课本教材中的曲目情感挖掘欠缺,不善于体会音乐作品的内涵,让学生充分体验感知;音乐是一门艺术课程,但是在音乐课的情景创设中,教师缺乏良好的驾驳能力,在归纳与总结能力方面,有待提升。教师的基本功仍待提高,有些教师不能很好地进行课堂示范教学,学生无法直接从教师处获取情感传递,导致学生在歌曲演唱和表演时缺乏情感的表达,以至于演唱的曲目枯燥乏味。部分音乐教学活动只流于形式,并未深入的进行审美体验挖掘。这是因为教师对学生的个人情况了解不足,在开发学生潜能方面存在严重问题,致使部分学生无法体验音乐,无法获取良好的审美体验与鉴赏能力。多媒体以及现代化的教学手段可以促使学生学习兴趣的提升,但是由于音乐教学过程中缺乏审美性,在实施中,虽然做出了细致的安排,却因缺乏感情变化,成为”填鸭式“教学的另一个版本,以至于教学过程中教师缺乏与学生的交流,音乐课堂显得异常生硬。部分音乐教师在教学过程中,着重让学生理解、熟悉音乐人文,体验不同作曲家的经历、生平,大量的文字填充,使得课堂教学缺乏新意,学生的学习兴趣得不到激发。部分音乐教师取代学生思考回答问题。有教育实验表明:教师与学生的发言次数比值是1:5。教师不仅注重对音乐作品的引导,而且应鼓励学生之间互相交流,师生交流应略少于生生交流。若教师取代学生对音乐作品进行体验,会迎合教师的审美体验,使学生走入误区,从而影响课堂教学效果。

二、解决当前不足的相关措施

1、优化教师语言

音乐教师的语言艺术主要包括口头语言和肢体语言,这两者是相互结合。相互渗透的(教师的语言风格是学生能否集中注意力的影响点,优化的教学语言在激发学生学习兴趣的同时加深了学生对音乐的体验和感知,既是教学信息的载体又是传导情感的媒体,既是授业解惑的工具又是教学艺术的形式,因此新课教学之前教师要做好生动形象的语言导入,让学生对接下来的作品欣赏满怀期待。例如,欣赏钢琴曲图画展览会,时,教师通过对画家哈尔德曼的介绍让学生初步接触音乐,再通过对其中美术作品的形象描述,让学生在脑海里产生想、联想,等学生脑海中已经浮现出十幅艺术作品的具体形象时,再把音乐分散打乱,让学生根据音乐的节奏、旋律、感情色彩猜测所对应的美术作品。

2、教师应具备扎实的基本功、良好的音乐素养

首先,音乐是一门艺术,学艺术首先要懂得的就是欣赏,如果教师自身对某一作品研究不深刻、欣赏不到位,那又如何能够带领学生去欣赏呢?例如,湘版教材八年级上册第五单元《名曲览胜》一单元中,独奏的名曲有德彪西的钢琴独奏曲《月光》、马思聪的小提琴独奏曲《思乡曲》、比才的长笛独奏曲《卡门》,交响乐有《兰花花的故事》和《蜜蜂过江》。在对独奏曲《月光》的欣赏中,教师不但要对德彪西及他的曲风有充分的了解,还可以了解贝多芬以及他的音乐风格,才能将德彪西的《月光》与贝多芬的《月光》进行对比,经过对比欣赏之后,学生才能加深对知识的理解。如教师对音乐知识的了解有限,对音乐的理解不足,在讲授过程中只是简单的介绍曲作家之后让学生听一遍音乐,将很难让学生真正掌握音乐知识,只会让学生对所学的内容左耳朵进右耳多出。其次,音乐不但是一门艺术,还是一门情感的艺术,音乐课就是要让学生在教师营造的情感氛围中达到与教师的感情共鸣,并在潜移默化中掌握音乐知识。

教无定法,教学过程就是不断创新的过程,只有老师大胆创新,准确地把握新理念,恰如其分地运用各种素材培养学生的创新思维,新课程下的音乐教育,必将显示出勃勃生机。中学音乐教育处于整个音乐教育的重要阶段,在其教学中,着力培养和提高学生的综合能力,为其他方面的学习创造有利条件,以促进学生的全面发展,这是中学音乐教学有效性的重要体现。

general will only take the teaching methods of traditional music, not with the aid of modern multimedia teaching, so to a large extent, tend to ignore how to use music cla to create the teaching situation)greatly hindered the students of heat to music learning and delay the improvement of the quality of music teaching in China.3, teacher's teaching level is not high, the teaching facilities
