职位名称:Strategic Procurement Manager战略采购经理

Position Purpose / Context职位目标/内容:

 Responsible for the development, management and execution of procurement strategies for the Company.负责公司采购战略的开发、管理及执行。

 To support busine plans and objectives and deliver competitive advantage through negotiating contracts for major items/ commodities.支持公司业务计划及目标的实现;通过主要产品/条款合同的谈判,体现公司竞争优势。

 To support the OU sales and production plans.支持营运单位销售及生产计划

 To maximize contribution to profitability.最大化收益率贡献

Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责:

 To aist in reviewing current procurement policy and procedures to update and recommend revisions to ensure that procurement team members are performed legally, efficiently, profeionally and with the highest ethical standards.Develop measurement system for determining competitive advantage in procurement 协助回顾采购流程与政策,使团队能合法、高效、专业及高(道德)素质的执行工作;并开发采购决定因素的评估系统。

 Development and management of OU procurement plans.Support the development of OU procurement managers /in-charges to make procurement as a core competency.Develop and support procurement projects and programs to achieve busine & functional goals and continuous improvement of procees.To ensure and maintain adherence to the organizational standards and values, ethics, policies and procedures, and profeional standards.制定并管理营运单位的采购计划,以达成业务目标并不断改善;支持营运单位采购的日常采购工作及能力培养;确保并维护公司标准、价值、道德及流程的执行。

 Lead the management of contracting proce to design and/or review commercial contracts to ensure OU interests are protected.To ensure that the proper legal and financial reviews are made and approved in line with appropriate level of authority before making a commitment to a supplier.领导合同流程的管理,设计并回顾合同条款,以确保营运单位的利益得到保护。确保在向供应商沟通任何允诺前,能得到公司审批流程的所有人的一致同意或其他反馈意见。

 Maintain continuous communications with CCCBL and OU procurement managers/ in-charges, to effectively and efficiently use and leverage the System's resources.Leadership in cro-functional work to support procurement programs and support busine goals.Ensure effective linkage between operational performance/metrics and supplier performance to be existed.To monitor the markets within area of responsibility to ensure all internal customers are aware of potential opportunities and new innovations.保持可口可乐中国实业有限公司与各营运单位的沟通并有效利用系统资源。有效平衡公司业务需求及供应商能力表现;监控所负责采购类别商品的市场变化,并确保内部客户知道市场机遇及新动态。

 Identify strengths and weaknees in the China supply chain to support the development of local/regional supply base and to manage supplier relationships to achieve continuous improvements to increase benefits to the OUs.Recognize and analyze busine and legal risks of supply alternatives/ sourcing.判别中国供应商的优缺点,发展当地/区域的供应商,维护供应商关系以使营运单位取得不断的利润增长;并能在供应商筛选时分析判断业务及法律风险。

 To develop negotiation strategies for key products and services and lead or participate in negotiation proce for the relevant products.Make recommendations in regards to supplier selection, development and performance in support of the plants.制定主要产品及服务的谈判战略,领导/参与相关产品的供应商谈判,并在供应商选择、营运单位表现分析上给出指导意见。

 Maintain awarene of relevant industry and technological trends for key strategic items and utilize knowledge for procurement decisions/strategy development.Research and gather information for developing price forecasts and forecasts to finance and OUs.了解主要产品/服务的相关行业知识及技术发展趋势以帮助采购决策的制定;调研并收集市场信息以制定价格策略及财务预算. Control budgets and costs for key strategic items.控制主要产品的预算及成本。

 Manage proce to secure and update information on volume, cost requirements, supplier capability and competitive intelligence on supply chain iues.监控产品生产、报价、供应商产能及竞争优势等供应链管理的相关过程信息。

Profeional with over 3 years of management experience on purchase/supply chain in international/ multinational busine plus 3 years procurement experience in Sugar(sucrose)products, ingredients and beverage industries.6年以上国际/跨国企业采购管理专业经验,其中3年饮料行业糖及甜味素的采购经验

Strategic Procurement Manager – Indirect 战略采购经理—非直接生产:

Profeional with over 3 years of management experience on purchase/supply chain in international/ multinational busine plus 3 years procurement experience in In-direct materials/ products/ services and beverage industries.6年以上国际/跨国企业采购管理专业经验,其中3年饮料行业非直接生产类产品/材料的采购经验
