The 2nd IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Sciences(ICSESS 2011)will be held on July 15~17, 2011 in Beijing, China.This conference will bring together the top researchers from Asian Pacific nations, North America, Europe and around the world to exchange their research results and addre open iues in Software Engineering, Management science and services, Web Information Systems and Applications, Computer Network and Application Technology, Knowledge Management and E-Busine and E-Commerce.It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Software computer engineering and service sciences.All submiions will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctne, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability.Submiions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.All accepted papers will also be published in the conference proceeding by IEEE and papers accepted will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP.2011年第2届软件工程与服务科学国际学术会议(IEEE ICSESS 2011),将于2011年7月15-17日在中国北京召开。该会议由IEEE和北京工业大学以及香港理工大学联合主办。所有接受的论文将由IEEE出版,同时将被EI Compendex和ISTP检索。
