First of all, I opposed the the answer.In other words, there is no need to all learn English.Because learning English have advantages and disadvantages for us as well.In my opinion, the benefits of learning English are the following: First, enter the information age, living in a global village, we should have a common language.Second, English is the world's best language to learn English to help us take the country, and growth perspective.Third, the foreigners come to China gradually increased, so we need to communicate with them, learn something from their hometown.Fourth, the English certificate is also the neceary conditions for the majority of recruitment.So, in some ways, we need to learn English to be the skills.However, I feel it's bad side too.For example, some people even are poor at our native language-Chinese , then how to understand the subtleties of the language of other countries?For somebody that who do not like English is not good at learning a foreign language, learning English is a waste of time.The people of our country who learning English is enough, so that the government should take out a policy to allow people whom are not good at learning languages to spend time on other areas, or the technical or production.In short, I think, universal learning English is unwise behavior.
