The traffic accident happened at about 6:00 p.m.of July 10th, 2013, when I was on my way to the supermarket.Although the road was very slippery after a heavy rain, the road was noisy because of the Dragon Boat Festival.I walked along the road, enjoying the fresh air.Two naughty boys were going in front of me, who were talking loudly with each other while they rode.One of the boys did not wear a raincoat.He just held an umbrella in one hand and he handled the bike in the other.As he turned left to Baishi Road, a car suddenly came out at a high speed.Both the boy and the driver acted quickly, but it was too late.I heard a big noise and saw the boy falling down and an umbrella thrown away.I was totally shocked by the accident.More and more people gathered and later the policeman came.Personally I think three factors contribute to this tragedy.The first factor is the boy's carelene.He was talking all the way, holding an umbrella while riding the bike.Moreover, the slippery road makes it hard for the driver to bring the car to fall stop abruptly.The last but not least, I notice that a truck parked improperly, which was big enough to block the road, thus making the road invisible to the boy who was going to make a turn.We can draw some leons from this accident.We cannot be too careful on the road.
