When I was in a sophomore year,I have a course named project management,which teached use toa software to optimize a project in a team.It was difficult beyond our image from finding a project to apply the technology to it.As an undergraduate student, we couldn’t gain the trust of the company easily.So we had to make full preparation before we communicated with the leaders and we took troubles in the proce of adjusting our soft.When we finished it at last, we felt our efforts worthing.It is really meaningful, not only teach me never to give up,but also tell group’ s wisdom is better than individual’s and always remember you are not alone.Everyone in the group plays different roles and you should find your role and perform well.Our teacher once left us a task to interview someone in group and share his experience with other groups.Many groups selected excellent entrepreneurs,but these people were busy and unwilling to share their life with students.So they got stuck on it.I thought the key of the interview was not the person but the experience.As long as one felt satisefied with his living conditions,he could share something with us.So we selected the worker in our dormitory and finished our task perfectly.Teacher and students were mode at the worker’s experience and had a new definition of happine.I had a subject called financial modeling in the past summer vacation, which required us to choose a company and apply excel technology to analysis it.Because of the lack of excel knowledge, I had to study the basis knowledge firstly through some profeional books and exercises.When I had a good knowledge of it, I began to plan for it.Combining technology with the practice was not easy.I must consider what data I need to collect and what results I want to research and how to achieve it,which was a systematic proce.But when you had a clear mind,you would feel easily to conduct it.Finally,I made it and learned to study something by myself and managed it by plans.
