Good afternonn everyone.today I would like to share someideas about time.Last month, I was too busy with my study and student activitie and seens even have no time to give my parents’a phonecall.As a result ,I always complained to my best friend about the lack of time.Finally he said,＂you are short of time just because you waste precious minutes on complaints and anxiety.The point is, no matter how full your schedule is, if you try really hard, you can always fit in some thing more.＂ that make me realize what I have done make my schedule worse and worse.So ,the only way to solve the problem is to Make Every Moment Count.大家下午好，今天我想与大家分享一下一点关于“时间”的见解，上一个月，由于忙于学习、社团活动，以至于我连打一个电话给我的父母的时间都没有，结果呢，我却常常有时间向我的最要好的朋友抱怨时间的紧张，最后他说：“你把最为珍贵的每一分钟花在了抱怨和焦虑上，这直接导致了你的时间不够用。然而关键是，无论你的时间表安排的多么满，只要你认认真真的用心，总会有时间留给其他事情的。”这些话是我明白是社么原因使得我的时间越来越挤，因此，解决我的时间不够充沛的根本方法是重视每一分钟！
It is the same with filling the jar.Even if you place a dozen fist-sized rocks and a bucket of gravel into the jar, there is still space for sand and water between the rocks and gravel.这就像是向罐子灌水。即使你在罐子中装了大量的拳头大小的石头和大量的沙石，这里始终还有空间留给沙子和水。
Nowdays, The high preure and fast pace make people busy and make them always complain the socialty and the people around,which in fact will lead to a worse mood and have no help to deal with their problem.What’s more ,the bad mood can easily affect
the people around each other.如今，高压、快速使得人们忙碌不已，同时也是的他们时常抱怨身边的社会和周围的人，实际上这对他们的心态和他们所遇到的问题是根本没有帮助的！更糟糕的是，坏心情是会“传染”的！
The lack of time is just the excuse for my negligence(疏忽)of every single minute.I believe that the great dividing line between succe and failure can be expreed in six words,＂I did not have enough time.＂The fact is I do have exactly the same number of hours per day that were given to Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein.The point is I have never touched upon the real meaning of life which lies in snatching, seizing and enjoying every minute of it.No idlene, no delay, no procrastination, no complaint!It is during my moments of complaining or hesitation that my destiny is shaped.Once I make full use of every moment, I believe that, my worries will be gradually cut down to nothing.时间的紧张其实是我为我自己浪费每一点时间的找的理由，我觉得成功和失败的区别仅仅是一句话：我没有足够的时间。实际上我每一天拥有的时间是与Helen Keller, Pasteur, Thomas Jefferson, and Albert Einstein一样多的，关键是我并没有理解到生命的正真意义在于夺取，抓住和享受每一分钟。不闲散，没有耽搁，没有抱怨！就在我不停地抱怨和犹豫时候我的命运渐渐成形了！一旦我好好地用好每一分钟，我相信我的担忧会渐渐消失！
Time is the most valuable of all our poeions, but the most perishable as well.So how can we deal with the limited time.At first we should keep a kind habits and a positive attitude.Then, As Henry David Thoreau said,＂You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.＂ What’s more,you should realize however you spent your time, the hours go as
themselves, so make greatest use of the time as you can.时间是我们搜有财产中最为宝贵也是最容易消散的。那么我们怎么才能够好好利用我们有限的时间呢，首先我们必须养成良好的习惯和积极地态度，然后我们要像Henry David说的：“你必须活在现在，在每一波发射自己，找到你的每一刻永恒。”更重要的是认识到无论你怎么花费时间，时间总是以他自己的方式进行着，因此用好你拥有的每一刻时间！
Whenever I fell the lack of time in the future, I will tell myself , seize the day, make every moment count.I hope you can do the same thing with me.将来无论何时我觉得时间紧迫时，我会告诉自己，抓住每一天，重视每一分钟，我希望你们能和我一样的做起来
