The speaker Neil Pasricha used his own life experience to teach us how to have an awesome life.After his divorce and his best friend’s suicide, he found life really tough and thought that he really needed a way to focus on the positive.So one day, when he came back from work, he opened his computer and started a tiny website called 1000awesomethings.com.He tried to remind himself of the simple, universal, little pleasures and wrote them on his blog.As he wrote, his mood got better, and the visits to his blog soared.And eventually, he won a Webby award for Best Blog in the world.He was also invited to put the articles he wrote in his blog into a book.Consequently, his book “The Book of Awesome” remained number one on the best-seller list for a long time.The speaker told us three secrets to have awesome life and he summarized them into 3 A’s: attitude, awarene and authenticity.And this gave me a lot of food for thought.Attitude is very important for everyone.We will all have happy and exciting moment in our life time.We are happy when we pa an examination with a good grade;we are happy when we hang out with our best friends;we are happy when we receive a gift…… But it is also inevitable that all of us will have tough time and confront with difficulties.We may be fired by our boes;our beloved one may leave us;and we may have an argument with our friend…… When faced with these difficulties, we have two choices.The first one is to keep in a low spirit and be immersed in a sense of failure and depre, to never step out of the shadow and move forward.The other choice is to be sad for a moment and then revitalize ourselves, to bravely struggle with these difficulties and find ways to move forward.A good attitude means to choose the second option.Only those who have a positive attitude can overcome the difficulties in life and get succe.Having a sense of awarene is just about embracing your inner three year-old.Children are happy and carefree because of the way they see the world.When we are small children, we always get excited on seeing the most trivial things.That is because we saw the world for the first time.But when we grow up, we are le and le interested in these things;we become more and more difficult to laugh sincerely, because we are indifferent towards what around us.If we want to be happy and have an awesome life, we must try to dig out the child that live in the deepest corner of our heart, we must be aware of the things around us and find the beautiful side of them.Authenticity means that we should try to find our real self.We should remain to be true to ourselves and others.This is very important in today’s rather hypocritical world.Most of us are driven to change ourselves and adapted in to the reality.So we lose our authenticity;we lose our hobbies;we lose what we really love.We all wear masks and smile insincerely.But in the deep quiet night, when we wake up from our dream, we find that we want to cry, cry for the lost real self.When we get old, we shall regret, because we have never following our heart.So, if we want to have an awesome life, we must find back our authenticity, we must try to follow our heart.This speech really impreed me.And the three secrets the speaker introduced really make sense.Happine is around us, but we need to discover and get it by ourselves.No one can change our life except ourselves.Change, from now, and have an awesome life.093901
