How to be a succeful leader? I have confused about it for many years.In elementary and high school, I was the monitor in the cla.Being the bridge between the teacher and clamates, I met many problems.Sometimes, I could not convince my clamates.So I was a little disappointed with myself.I have been pursuing to be s succeful leader for a long time.This term, I worked for the student union.It was a new opportunity and challenge for me.At first, it was so difficult for me to get along with the 4o freshmen.I can hardly balance my position.If I treat them like friend, how could they treat me as a superior in the work time? With that thought in mind, in the beginning, I seldom simile to them, not mention inspire them.Gradually, I found it is out of way.The efficient of their work is so low and they lost enthusiasm and paion.I felt so depreed.But this time, I didn’t escape but face it.After a communication with them, I understand: a good leader is not the one who always make orders, but a friendly treatment to win trust.Once you get their trust, it will be easier for the team to play a wonderful music.
