The little prince is a famous fairy tale enjoyed by people all over the world.While it’s a simple story for children, adults can learn a lot about kids and themselves.In the eyes of the little prince, adults are strange people who care about numbers most, who take a hurried train to seize something unclear, and who plant thousands of roses without finding the special one in their life.When I read about these words, I read something about my own life.As students in PKU, we are leading a busy life inevitably.Too many examinations to take, too many activities to hold, too much work waiting to be done, to little time for sleep and leisure.Ambitious, effortful, struggling, are the best descriptions for us.But there is a simple fact being forgotten: life is a proce rather than an objective, happine is a journey rather than a destination.If we change our hurried mood, enjoying life itself when striving after dreams, we will lead a busy but pure life.Numbers are important, certainly;they are part of the meanings in our life.However, on the other hand, friends, love, the pure pleasure in learning knowledge are no le important than those numbers.Life can be challenging, but not in a rushed and sacrificing way.The busineman in the story is always busy calculating “his stars”, but he loses the chance of looking at the beautiful sky, making friends with lovely flowers.He is the richest person if those stars count, but he may be the poorest one in the eyes of the little prince.In the proce to our dreams, we have been trying hard;we are stronger than others when facing difficulties.Once our dreams are realized, happine comes from the memories, the difficult times, the efforts and persistence.That is to say, the proce is the best gift, like the beautiful sound of windla in getting the water.So, why not enjoy the fighting moment in life, instead of treating it hurriedly, painstakingly? A pure life, may not be an easy one, but should be an enjoyable one.Becoming peaceful in heart, we could hear the bell-like laughter from our true friends;the beautiful plink when drinking water, even the coming footstep of our dreams.Being serene enough in mind, we will learn to enjoy beautiful roses accompanying us, to appreciate shining stars in the sky.Whether destination can be reached or not, the beautiful journey with roses, stars, friends, and happine are the best gifts for our efforts.Enjoying a pure life, like the little prince, in a simple and meaningful style.
