Air Pollution

Recently ,the middle-east area,south-china area,north-east area of china have stucked into fog-haze weather,which courses a bad traffic and do harm to our body healthy.This phenomenonisnot become better according to this trend,what accout for fog-haze weather is the air pollution.so it is the reason why I chose this iue to share.Air pollution is one of the major problems of the modern world.A great deal of energy is needed to run the factories of modern industrial nations.Automobile, trains, planes and bues need energy, too.Nearly all of this energy is produced by burning fuels.The burning produces wastes, some of which remain in the air, causing air pollution.Scientists are finding ways to stop air pollution especially in big industrial areas and densely-populated cities.They are studying new ways of generating electricity that may be le damaging to the environment.In the meantime, many power plants are being modernized to give off le polluted material.Also, engineers try to design and locate new power plants to do minimum damage to the environment.However, it may be that we still have a long way to go before we have a “clean” world.Nearly all of the countries are trying hard to prevent and control air pollution.There indeed seems to be no end to tasks that environmentalists will be required to do.People will continually find new ways to control pollution.Good health

My major is not physical education,but I am a sports fan,I like to do sports to keep me healthy.Wherever you are and whatever you do, staying healthy is always important.With the improvement of our living standards, people are attaching more and more importance to their health.We students can'' t keep the high study efficiency without good health.The same thing is true with workers, scientists and doctors.In my opinion, good diet and exercises are two major ways to keep healthy.The food we eat every day must be rational and should include meat, vegetables, eggs, and fruit.It is important to drink water every day and not to get addicted to drinking coffee or some other soft drinks.Exercising every day is also eential for us to stay healthy.As a university student, I have much free time to do exercises,i ride bicycles from dormitory to cla everyday, play basketball three times per week and run in the evening everyday.Of course we don'' t need to exhaust ourselves.We should plan our physical exercises according to our actual condition.In a way, ithinkkeeping healthy is not very hard, if you just take it seriously.
