LED bulbs(E26,E27)

LED lighting with sensor
LED celling lighting
LED panel lighting
LED large-scale display project
Solar electrical energy generation(1,500W-30,000W)
This Agreement pertains only to “ XX Products” as listed.the following terms:
(A)This agreement authorized countries and areas pertain including: Brazil / Argentina / Uruguay / Chile.(B)Exclusive Appointment.Subject to the terms of this Agreement, their products, which in the agreed under the period, within the
countries, areas and conditions, won't be authorized other individuals won’t be the agent of the same produces for the others manufactures or suppliers both in locals or foreign countries.(C)Both two sides can write the each other company's name,addre and product items and introduce projects into each own website to facilitate the product market development.Both two sides also agreed to settle accounts after completed each negotiation.The payment shall be in accordance international trade custom by L/C, T/T, Cash, etc.(E)will provide their technologies, catalogs, samples of the products and the neceary data to in support of the market conditions, to adjust the direction as to increase the products competitivene, to achieve the purpose of deals succe.total amount U.S.Dollars 1.5 million at the first year(Oct.10, 2011-distribution agent.(G)If any execution dispute of this agreement, both sides can be
