According to Labor Laws and relevant policies, both parties willingly establish theemployment relationship after equal negotiation, and sign the following agreement.一、Employment Period
This agreement belong to ____ of the following regulations

1.Party A has established every regulations according to relevant laws;Party B should obey all the regulations and fulfill arrangement of Party A.If Party B break theses regulations, Party A has the right to do punishment to Party B including diolution of agreement.2.Party B should not have an agreement of teaching with the students privately or teach something that is different from the regulated content in the period referred in the agreement including the following one year.五、The conditions of diolution or Change
1.Any following situations occur, Party A could diolve the agreement, but Party A
should give 30 Days’ notice of diolution to Party B if the second situation occurs.A.Party B violate the country’s laws and fail to achieve the responsibility, and bring
higher economic lo or badly influence.B.Party B could not continue the work because of illne or injury.2.Any following situations occur, Party B could diolve the agreement:
A.Party A do not iue the salary to Party B according to the regulations.B.Party A force Party B to work violently or threateningly.3.Any force majeure lead the agreement could not be fulfilled, both parties could
negotiate to diolve it.六、The responsibility for breach of agreement
Any party disobey the agreement, it will bear the responsibility, and should give
economic compensation to the other party.七、Dispute of employment
If here is any dispute about the agreement, both parties could negotiate to solve;if
both parties could not reach an agreement, they can apply for arbitration.八、This agreement is two copies, both party will have one copy.九、This right of explanation of this agreement belongs to Party A.Party A（Signature and seal）Party B（Signature and seal）
