Most people are not very health.As they get older,their health becomes a problem.They begin to wonder if they should have changed things when they were younger.They start to worry about the future and at some point they decide to make life changes.When it comes to health,knowledge,exercise and support are important points.Knowledge is important for health.You should know something can not eat together,you should know how to eat is good for health,how to sleep is good for health,how to live is good for health and how to work is good for health.If you do not know, maybe you do something bad for your health but you do not realize.It is very terrible.Exercise is very important for health.You can get strong and health after you excrise,of cause, you have to insist.But now, many people do not have to exercise, they sit in office, sit on the way home, sit in home and sit in office.It is very terrible, what ever our work or study how busy, give sometime to exercise everyday is very neceary.Support is the best important for health.We live, we move,we think also need energy, so we have to get many support, such as sugar, vitamin, calorie and protein.It is best important and also the must have for health.If we do not have support, we not onlt become unhealthy but also be dead.Knowledge, exercise and support are important points when it comes to health.If we want to have good body, good health.We have let the three thing in our mind every time.
