Nowadays, a winning image which is called charisma, charm, personality, style, flair or grace, plays a vital part in our daily life.I think the confidence is the most important part of a winning image.Before I became a graduate student, I had been worked for two years.Please let me share my job-hunting experience to illustrate how important a winning image is.Facing the severe situation and the intense competition of the employment, even the students of normal and famous college would feel themselves inferior in job-hunting.So did I, but even worse—I graduated from a unknown college.I dreed myself properly and talked smoothly, but the interviewers still refused me, they all said,“We need an applicant who comes from the famous university.” At first, when I heard these words, I was very frustrated and disappeared immediately, so I failed many times.But I had to find a job to make a living.So I screwed up my courage to try again.This time, I filled my resume with brilliant academic records to show my strengths, and sincerely recommend myself as a qualified candidate to the interviewer.Before they refused me ,I said to the interviewer very confidently,“I can do it very well.I am the one you are looking for.”The interviewer smiled , then she gave me a chance to try, so I got the job eventually.Nothing succeeds like the Appearance of succe, especially the image which is called confidence.
