In the contemporary society, highly education is advancing at an alarming rate.A sizable percentage of the people hold the opinion that university graduates should earn higher salary than le well-educated members, but they should pay all the cost.Personally, I think that one’s earning cannot be solely determined by his or her educational background even though they should pay all the cost.The reasons are as follows.Firstly, having a high salary not rely on have the diploma, but how much individuals has contributed to the company or the society.Those who have a great contribution to the company or the society reward to be paid much more than those have not.For example, there are some people who have admirable capabilities have not had the opportunity to receive higher education.Then, after years of exertions and hard struggle, they have made great contributions to the society and finally realized their own self-value.Such people have not received college education.However, they deserve what they have earned.To those people, a higher salary should be paid, even more than some university graduates sometimes.Secondly, about the cost, I am convinced that university students should support themselves for the full tuition.The main reason is that it can ensure the quality of college education.College education needs many well-paid profeors and various advanced facilities.In other words, it needs a great sum of money.If the college students do not pay the tuition fee, it will lay a heavy burden on the government.If the government is unable to invest enough money on university education because of the limited budget, the quality of education cannot be ensured.In addition, it might also be noted that it is quite fair to require students to pay the full tuition because going to college is a totally personal choice.Therefore it is not unreasonable for the students to pay for it.All in all, it is ridiculous to say that university graduates should earn higher salary than le well-educated members.We should pay more attention to what kind of effort and contribution a person has made.Besides, it is reasonable to let the college students pay for the cost.
