UniversityWith the approaching of a new term, numerous number of new faces emerge in endlely.Freshmen, with more free time, they could do whatever they want to do.However, as time slips away, they may feel regretful and realize something important ignored in the previous years.As a junior, I can't help providing some suggestions to the “younger generation ” and warning them.The first and the most important is to find their own motivation.The majority of freshmen come to our campus without a clear goal.People without goals are like miing men in the forest, with no compa.They may do not know what kind of ability should they build up, which friend should they make with and how could they plan the way out.So, motivation is like light which leads you to the destination.A single person runs faster, but a group of people walk longer.Yes, that is teamwork.The work or study on campus asks for sharing the information, handling the problems together and shouldering everything together.Facing all the difficulties alone is always painstaking and unneceary.They need to attach more importance to the teamwork and make more friends indeed.Last but not the least, they must arrange their time and spend it reasonably and efficiently.The most typical feature in college is the much more free time to spend.Therefore, how to make full use of it becomes a problem.Some people waste it while others lose no time to learn, to live and to explore.That is why a large number of them gain almost nothing in the end, but the minority of get succeful.In a word, to achieve their dream, they should obey the law of being an adult.The suggestions from the experienced surely work.As long as they could adopt the three above, they shall spend their collage life meaningfully and succefully.
