The environment :Barack Obama won the U.S.presidential election andhe was elected the 56th(44th)president.Then he had a victoryspeechin November 4, 2008.As we know, heisthe first African-American presidentin the history of the United States.America was facing a lot of challeges.As Obama said ,‘we know the challenges that tomorrow will bring are the greatest of our lifetimeit is only the chance for us to make that change.And that cannot happen if we go back to the way things were.It cannot happen without you, without anew spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.So let us summon a new spirit of patriotism, ofresponsibility where each of us resolves to pitch in and work harder and look after not only ourselves, but each other.’
