If I have only three days left to see, what do I really want to see?
On the first day of the three days left to see, I want to devote myself to enjoying the sight of the beautiful natural scenery which is so close to me, but I have never appreciated it attentively and carefully before.In the morning, I would like to see the white poplars for I like it best among all kinds of trees.With straight trunks and branches, white poplars aim high.They stand erect and unbending in face of North China’s violent wind and snow.In the afternoon, I intend to sit in the garden sipping a cup of tea, leisurely watching the high sky and various flowers and trees.Besides, I hope to be lucky enough to appreciate the brilliant sunset glow at nightfall.When it gets dark, I will look up to the twinkling stars and the bright moon, accompanied by my parents.Next day, I plan to summon all my dear friends and stay with them the whole day.There is a good definition of friendship given by the philosopher Aristotle in these words: “Two bodies inhabited by one soul.” I am totally in favor of it and regard friends as an important part of my life.I want to talk with each of them so that I can observe each of them carefully.As a result, I can keep their faces, expreions and behaviors, especially their smiles, in my mind, hoping that they will maintain a smiley face forever silently.On the third day, I feel like taking a good look at my beloved parents.I do decide to see my parents on the third day of the three days left to see not because I care little about them but because I love them so much that I am afraid that the more I see, the le I will bear in mind.First, I am going to gaze into their faces and sink them into my mind.What a familiar face!Every time I go home, it is my father who meets me at the bus station.How beautiful and bright my mothers’ eyes are!I can always find the encouragement from that pair of eyes when I lose my confidence in realizing my ambitions.Whether visible or not, I will remember her eyes forever.Moreover, I like to take them to see the sea, because it is one of their dreams.In this way, I can enjoy their contentment and happine which fills their faces when they enjoy the sight of
the splendid sea.At night, I intend to stay up late to watch my sleeping parents in silence, wishing them a good health and all the best.Suddenly, I come to realize that three days are so short that I have too many things left to see.As is known to us all we never really know the value of something until we lose it.Therefore, let’s cherish what we have had from now on.
