When we are giving some English leons, we want to talk with the students in cla as more as we can as a measure of practicing oral English.But, unfortunately, the students are shy and timid and forgetful, as a result, the students fail in talking from time to time.That’s really a big problem.I think it’s very common that a student fails in talking.English is a foreign language.Our students are only beginners.Every one may have troubles in talking.It’s not serious problem.The most important is what can we do when they fail in talking.First, the language environment is very important.If the people surrounding are talking in English, how can you say Chinese? So, as a starting point, I put the English contents on the wall, on the blackboard, and even outside the claroom.When they walk past, they can see it, sometimes, they will read it, sometimes, they will talk about it, that’s the first way to render the English environment.second, give students more space to answer.The wider range of answers will arouse more students to answer.The more answer you plan, the more students will take part into your talking.Finally,we must know the reason at once.we must think about how to help him or her immediately.I think they are helpful to the students, to me and to the cla.Once，we were practicing sentences.Several pupils had
Done it very well.I ask a girl to describe it ,but she didn’t say anything.I showed an apple to lead in.But she
had never remebered one word.I was very afraid.So I
let the other pupils sing a song.“Apple round ,apple red ,apple juicy,apple sweet,apple ,apple I love you.”the girl said about it very well.Since then, she’s never nerous in cla and seldom fails in talking.I think , as a student, she’s succeful.As
a teacher, I’m succeful , too.Yes?

your best to expre yourselves ,just to speak English loudly , right or false is not the most important, courage and confidence is the most important!Believe you’ll
