APA格式—網路等電子化資料引用及
參考文獻的寫法

近年來，由於網路資料與Email使用頻繁，在進行論文寫作時常需引用到這些電子化資料，美國心理學會（APA）為順應需求，在2001年發表之APA出版手冊第五版，重新統整網路等文獻寫作的格式，主要包括Email的引用、網頁的引用、網路資料的引用、網路資料參考文獻的寫法等，說明如下（請參閱APA手冊，第268-281頁）。
一、Email的引用格式
在文章中如以Email當作參考資料，比照個人通訊（personal communications）格式，僅在文中註明不列入參考文獻中，格式如下：
英文格式1：L.A.Chafez(personal communication, March, 1997)英文格式2：（L.A.Chafez, personal communication, March, 1997)中文格式1：吳清山（個人通訊，民90年2月19日）中文格式2：（吳清山，個人通訊，民90年2月19日）
二、網頁的引用
在文章中如不直接引用網路資料，但建議讀者直接上網查詢相關資料，此時，可以直接寫出網頁名稱，並註明網址，此種引用方式也僅在文中註明不列入參考文獻中，格式如下：
英文格式1：Kidspsych is a wonderful interactive Web site for children

五、結語
網路等電子化資料之引用與參考文獻之寫法，大致與一般資料之格式相似，但因為資料具有變動性，因此，在網址、網頁、上網擷取資料日期等方面有較詳細之規定，目的在給予原著者或單位必要的尊重，一方面方便閱讀者直接查詢相關資料，同時也可以作為其他研究者或閱讀者文獻驗證之用，以確保學術研究倫理，並提升學術研究品質。
