Everyone has its owe lifestyle.But what is the exact mean of lifestyle and which one is so-called healthy lifestyle.I think adding up all the things you do in the daily life is the lifestyle.You can do so many different things whatever you like,including eating vegetables, fish,beef or junk food, sleeping on time or staying up all night,exercising regularly or sitting in front of computers all the time and so on.If you remove the things bad for you,you will have a healthy lifestyle which includes the following aspects.Firstly eating a balanced diet is eential to everyone.we need strengthen the comprehensive nutrition,including vegetables,meat,fruits.We'd better drink enough water and milk every day.As the saying goes:At breakfast eat well, at lunch eat until full, at dinner eat just a little.Secondly get enough sleep.We'd better have a sleep time which is not le than 7 hours a day because a good sleep can keep us active during the daytime.If conditions permit, we can take a nap after lunch but not more than one hour.Thirdly exercise regularly.It is very important to everyone especially to old people because life lies in movement.we can do any sports items whatever you like,such as running,climbing,hiking,team games.The most important things in exercise is holding on.Lastly maintaining good mood.The positive functions of good mood will never be replaced by any medicines.we can recall wonderful
memories or do some recreations when we have a terrible mood.If we carry out the things mentioned before,we will have a healthy lifestyle.In a word,healthy lifestyle is not only no diseases.
