Healthy lifestyles are of great significance to us human beings.According to the research,human beings’ life are mostly decided by ourselves.Obviously,men who have healthy lifestyles are more likely to live longer than those who don’t have.Healthy lifestyles cover different aspects.First,a reasonable diet is very important.If you want to keep in a good shape,you need to pay attention to nutrition [njʊ'trɪʃ(ə)n] distribution [dɪstrɪ'bjuːʃ(ə)n] and eat more food containing protein ['prəʊtiːn].Besides,don’t take in too much fat,which will lead to other healthy diseases.Second, regularity of bedtimes and getting up times helps ensure good sleep.Living a regular life can help people form a regular self-biological clock.If a person is allowed to follow his biological[baɪə(ʊ)'lɒdʒɪk(ə)l] clock,he can make the most of his time.Third,it is neceary to take some regular exercise to stay fit.As we all know,life depends on motion['məʊʃ(ə)n].Proper exercise can make us live longer.Last but not the least,keeping a balance between the work and the relaxation can help people work more effectively.Healthy lifestyles are more than these and i firmly believe that we can live a happy life if we have healthy lifestyles.(188)
