摘要
本文首先介绍了TiAl基合金目前在军工领域的广泛应用现状,以及分析了未来其发展趋势。同时从晶体学角度,分析了其相变特点和其四种组织(全片层、近片层、双态、等轴)特征以及不同的组织特征对于合金不同性能影响的原因,发现全片层组织韧性最好,而双态组织塑性最好。由于TiAl基合金主题要应用于高温环境,因此对其高温稳定性进行了一系列研究。得到了各种不同的合金元素对于TiAl基合金组织性能产生了很大的影响,并具体分析了其影响的结果。

Abstract
The widely applied status of TiAl based alloys in the field of military industry has been discued, as well as development tendency of it in the future.At the same time, the character of phase translation and four different microstructure of TiAl based alloys has been analyzed, containing the reason of influence about different performance of alloys.It has been found that Fully-lamellar has the best toughne and Duplex has the best intensity.There are a lot of work have been making on the high temperature stability of TiAl based alloys since the high-heat service condition of it.Finally, it shows that there are many effects on the microstructure and performance of alloys caused by varied adding alloying elements, meanwhile, the influences of them after adding have been analyzed.Key words: TiAl based alloys;microstructure and performance;mechanic property;
