健康证简介
健康证是健康检查证明，证明你某年某月进行了健康检查。它主要涉及五个行业六种疾病，在很大程度上保护了从业人员和服务对象的健康。
健康证办理程序
体检地点：当地疾病预防控制中心或经卫生行政部门审批承担预防性健康检查[1]的医疗卫生机构，未经批准擅自开展此项工作的，其出具的体检单卫生监督机构不予受理签发健康证。

从事食品、饮用水生产经营人员、化妆品生产人员、公共场所直接为顾客服务人员。凡患有痢疾、伤寒、病毒性肝炎等消化道传染病(不包括病原携带者)，活动性肺结核，化脓性或者渗出性皮肤病以及其他有碍食品卫生、公共卫生的疾病的，治愈前不得从事接触直接人口食品或直接为顾客服务的工作不得参加的工作；
对从事食品生产经营的人员、生活饮用水的供、管水人员、化妆品生产企业生产人员;旅店、咖啡馆、酒吧、茶座、公共浴室、理发店、美容店、游泳场直接为顾客服务的人员每年体检一次。其他场所的直接为顾客服务的人员每两年体检一次。
(二)主要检查项目：
病毒性肝炎、痢疾、伤寒、活动性肺结核、皮肤病、内外科常规、X光胸透、粪便细菌学培养(某些地区无此项)等。
(三)体检和办证流程：
按照卫生监督机构确定的人员名单到健康体检单位进行预防性健康检查，统一使用卫生部制定的《中华人民共和国预防性健康检查用表》。

办理健康证前先进行健康查体
1、带身份证和个人免冠一寸彩色照片2张，到收费处缴纳体检费，领取体检表，粘贴照片(另一张领健康证用)、填写好姓名、性别等基本情况。
2、检验室采血、大便肛拭化验。
3、内、外科常规体检。
4、x光胸透。
5、完成全部体检项目。
查体结果符合发放健康证条件的，经卫生监督机构组织的卫生法律法规知识培训合格后，将本人一寸正面免冠彩色照片到所管辖的卫生局卫生监督所办理健康证明。查体结果不符合发放健康证条件的，不予办理健康证。
