星级酒店论文:大连市星级酒店员工培训现状研究
【中文摘要】21世纪是一个充满学习气息的时代,培训是促进企业和个人发展的最佳方式。培训既有助于提升企业的服务质量、提高工作效率、增强企业的竞争力,又有助于开发员工的个人潜能、提高自身价值,为员工个人的全面发展创造有力条件。可见,培训对企业和个人的发展有着深远的意义。随着大连市旅游业的迅速发展,酒店业要想在高度竞争的市场中获胜,就必须重视培训。培训是提高员工素质的有效途径。从某种意义上说,一个企业对员工培训的重视程度,决定其在未来的竞争潜力。为了保持酒店的竞争力,在硬件设备上,酒店应引进先进的科学技术,在软件服务方面,应重视员工的培训工作。因此,加大酒店员工培训的力度势在必行。本研究的主要在于了解大连市星级酒店员工培训的现状,指出大连市星级酒店员工培训存在的问题,并根据调查结果分别有针对性地提出改进星级酒店员工培训工作的建议。具体来说,本论文包括五部分内容:第一部分首先对大连市星级酒店员工培训的与意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法进行了归纳与总结。第二部分对员工培训的相关理论进行了概述,包括培训的概念、培训的一般程序、酒店培训的特点、酒店培训的发展趋势,以及对本文有指导思想的需求层次理论、建构主义理论和学习型组织理论。第三部分通过问卷调查了大连市星级酒店员工培训的整体现状。主要从酒店员工的从业队伍、培训制度、培训需求分析、培训计划的制定与实施、培训效果评估、培训认识六方面对整体现状进
行分析,发现大连市星级酒店员工培训效果普遍不理想,指出大连市星级酒店员工培训存在许多问题。第四部分针对存在的问题,主要从提高对培训的认识、建立并落实培训制度、加强培训需求分析、制定科学的培训计划、加强培训效果评估力度、加强企业与院校合作六方面,尝试提出改进大连市星级酒店员工培训工作的建议。第五部分总结了本研究的基本结论与主要观点,指出了本研究存在的不足之处以及进一步研究的问题。本文主要对大连市星级酒店员工培训的现状和问题进行了探讨,希望能够对大连市星级酒店的培训工作有所启示,为大连市整个酒店业的培训工作打开思路,促进员工的个人发展,提高从业人员的整体素质和酒店的服务质量,增加酒店的经济效益,最终达到员工与酒店双赢的,促使酒店业健康的可持续发展。
【英文摘要】The 21st century is an era full of learning atmosphere, the training is the best way to promote the development of businees and individuals.Training can
improve service quality of busine, and increase productivity, and enhance competitivene, but also can develop potential of employees, and improve themselves value.Training can create favorable conditions for the overall development of employees.It shows, training has profound significance for development of the busine and personal.With the rapid development of tourism in Dalian, the hotel industry must emphasize on the training if it want to win in a highly competitive market.Training is an effective way to improve the quality of the staff.In a sense, emphasizing degree on staff’s training for a busine that determines its competitive potential in the future.In order to maintain the competitivene of the hotel, the hotel should introduce advanced science and technology in the hardware devices and emphasize on staff’s training in the software services.Therefore, increasing the intensity of staff’s training of the hotel is imperative.The main purpose of this study knows the status of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian City, pointing out the problems of employee’s training, and puts forward to some improving recommendations of staff’s training of Star Hotels that according to the results of the survey.Specifically, there are five sections in this paper:The first section,it concludes and summarizes the
research background and significance, the research status at home and abroad,and the content and methods of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian.The second section summarizes the relevant theories of staff’s training, which includs the concept of training, the general procedures of training, the characteristics of the training of the hotel, the development trends of the training of the hotel, as well as demand theory, constructivist theory and learning organization theory of a
guiding principle for this paper.The third section
investigates the entire situation of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian through the survey.It analysises six aspects which includes practitioners of the hotel, systems of the training, demand’s analysis of the training, program’s
development and implementation of the training, effectivene evaluation of the training, awarene of the training.It reveals the effect of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian that is not satisfactory in general.And then author will point out many problems of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian.The fourth section trys to provide improving
recommendations of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian against the existing problems.It mainly concludes six aspects that increasing awarene of the training, establishing and implementing system of the training, strengthening demand’s analysis of the training, making scientific programs of the training, enhancing effect’s aement of the training and seting up the cooperation between college and busine.The fifth section summarizes the basic conclusions and the main ideas of this research, and points out the deficiencies and problems of further study.This paper mainly discued the
status and problems of staff’s training of Star Hotels in Dalian.I hope that it could have better learning role for staff’s training work of Star Hotels in Dalian.And then it could open the idea for the whole hotel industry in Dalian, promoting the advancement of employees, improving the overall quality of employees and the service quality of the hotel, increasing the economic benefits of the hotel, and ultimately achieveing the objective of win-win situation between the staff and the hotel, which it could promote sustainable and healthy development of the hotel industry.【关键词】星级酒店 员工培训 现状调查 大连
