My Chinese Dream
Good morning, Ladies and gentlemen.It’s my great honor to stand here to share with you my Chinese dream.I want to begin my speech with the words of our president XiJinping who came up with the dream of the Chinese nations rejuvenation on December 29,2012, He said: Chinese dream is a dream of national strengthprosperity and people's happine.Our people have an ardentlove for life.They wish to have better education, more stable jobs, more income, greater social security , better medical and health care, improved housing conditionsand better environment ,They want their children to grow well, have ideal jobs and lead a more enjoyable life.To meet their desire for a happy life is our miion."(引用语过长)This is our Chinese dream.This dream needs everyone’s endeavor to come true.As for me, my Chinese dream is just a little part of it, that is, I want to live in a clean planet where there is clean air, green trees, beautiful flowers, blue sky and the sound of birds everywhere.The first thing I’d like to do when I get up is opening the window and standing in front of it and look out.Sadly, I cannot always see the blue sky any more;I cannot smell the clean air any longer;Even the birds are fewer and fewer.Instead it is the grey and white sky and dirty air.Ladies and gentlemen, listen~~~, can’t you hear the sobbing from our earth? My dear fellows, wake up, wake up, to save our earth, to save
ourselves and our descendants.So why not walk or ride bikes more and drive le;Why not use fewer air conditioners;Why notplant more trees and cut down le.Consider carefully, we can do more for the yelling earth.So everybody , let’s take some actions and do it from now on.Finally, I want to finish my speech with the words from President Kennedy’sFirst Inauguraladdre: With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His bleing and His help, but knowing that here on earth, God's work must truly be our own!Thank you!
