编导：Everything is ready ,we can start it..导演：Here we go.《Only you》 ,take 1 ,action!编导（拿着IPAD对着讲台开始拍）：欢迎来到管理卫视张选伟智能手机《非你莫属》，有请主持人……
导演（连忙打断，一开始声音小，后来逐渐变大）：CUT!CUT!CUT!编导（一脸疑惑，放下IPAD）：what‟s wrong , madam? 导演（鄙视）:we are taking the English version!speak English!《only you》 ,take 2 ,action!编导（讪讪地，再次举起IPAD）：welcome to 《only you》 of the management tv.let‟s have our moderate , mi li!主持人（掌声中走向中间，面向大家，待掌声过后）：welcome to our program.first of all , thanks for our great sponser : zhang xuan wei mobile phone!Now let‟s begin the game.please have the first job-hunter.（说完望向门口位置，等待选手出来。此时编导把镜头对向未打开的门）保持这姿势10秒…… 主持人（有点着急地）：the no.1 job-hunter ? 又过了10秒…… 导演（不耐烦地）：CUT!（主持人放松抓紧时间补妆）导演：where is the girl ? 编导连忙走过去打开门一看，选手正站在那发抖。编导：what‟s the matter with you ? 选手（又抖了抖，结结巴巴地）：I have butterflies in my stomach 导演：take a rest!You（指着编导）, comfort her!主持人补妆，编导过去和选手小声交谈，拍她肩膀鼓励几下。10秒后，编导返回。编导（对主持人说）：madam , we can go ahead 导演点头，所有人各就各位。第二幕 导演：《Only you》 , take 3 ,action!主持人：welcome the no.1 candidates!选手推门而入，走到主持人身边。选手：good afternoon ladies and gentlemen ,my name is sandy , 21 years old , bechlor.i‟m coming here to find a sales job.thank you.（大家给予掌声）主持人（掌声毕，对着选手）： we are glad to see you , sandy.（面向观众）now take the time to the bo, Julia , the ceo of amway。（编导给BOSS个特写）
BOSS：sandy , what college did you graduate from ? 选手：BUU BOSS（正要接着问）：what…… 导演拍桌：CUT！
众人迷茫，编导（奇怪地）问：What „s wrong？ 导演：Full name!众人无奈，只好恢复原状。第三幕 导演：《only you》，take 4.action!BOSS： sandy , which school did you graduate from ? 选手：beijing union university BOSS：what‟s your major ? 选手： Busine Administration 主持人（插问）：when did you graduate ? 选手： this yaer ,about july BOSS：do you have any working experience? 选手：er……（了起码5秒）主持人（救场）：social practice experience is all right 选手： er……
10秒后，BOSS：CUT!导演（飙了，对着BOSS，大喊）：you‟re kidding ? I AM THE DIRECTOR（咬牙切齿）.You can not（重读）say “cut”!BOSS（气势汹汹反驳回去）：she‟s not ready!wasting my time!选手木在那，委屈得像快要哭了。主持人见要吵起来了赶紧过来劝 主持人： I want to wash my hands.let‟s take a break and go on
主持人去安抚选手，编导赶紧给BOSS和导演端茶希望他们消气。10秒后，大家就位。第四幕 导演：《only you》 , take 5 ,action!BOSS：do you have any working experience ? 选手：NO BOSS： then say something about you social practice 选手（组织了一下语言）： I went to the west region to relive the shortage of teachers there last summer holiday.that impacted me deeply。（默了好几秒）主持人（再次救场）：that‟s all ? 选手：that‟s all BOSS：why do you want to be a sales ? 选手（坚定地）：to be a sales is my dream.i used to be a introvert.doing sales working need to deal with different people everyday.which I think can change my character.主持人（问BOSS）：will her dream come true ? BOSS（思考了一下）：well , I don‟t think she fits the job.but I was impreed by her determination.I want to give her a chance 台下掌声响起，选手高兴地拥抱主持人 主持人（回抱选手，轻轻拍她后背）：congratulations!you get it!选手（高兴得不知道说什么好）：thank you（下去和BOSS握手）导演（高兴）：CUT!GOOD TAKE!编导（惊叫）： oh ,no!众人（齐声）：what „s wrong!编导（快哭了）： I forgot to turn on the dv!end
