随着我国高等教育大众化的不断推进和近年来多次爆发的全球金融危机给大学生就业带来了严峻挑战,大学生就业问题已成为社会关注的热点和难点问题。高等教育教学改革、社会经济的发展、学生个体情况等多方面的因素引发出了大学生就业问题的出现,当今众多大学生面对就业时感到困惑、迷茫、无所适从,甚至不少人受到社会不良风气的影响,对就业问题产生诸多的思想偏差。
妥善解决大学生就业问题是一项系统工程,需要从多角度、多层面、全方位开展。解决大学生就业问题呼唤思想政治教育,不断深入开展大学生就业工作中的思想政治教育,帮助当代大学生正确认识、客观评价自我,积极端正、调整就业心态,转变择、就业观念,与时俱进,不断探寻、创新大学生就业工作中的思想政治教育的方法对策,这将有利于促进大学生的全面发展,对大学生充分、成功就业,对高等教育的优化持续发展,对促进社会经济快速健康发展,建设社会主义和谐社会都具有十分重要的意义。
大学生就业思想政治教育是指一定阶级、政党、社会群体遵循大学生思想品德形成发展规律,用一定的思想观念、政治观点、道德规范,有目的、有计划、有组织地对大学生就业过程施加影响,使他们形成符合一定社会、一定阶级所需要的就业观念、就业素质和就业格局 的社会实践活动。
目前,我国大学生就业过程中存在的思想问题主要表现在受社上实用主义哲学思想的影响,在择业时盲目攀比,缺乏对自我进行客观正确的分析;缺乏到基层工作锻炼的思想和精神,盲目追求高层、高位就业;不顾人才流向的合理性,盲目涌向沿海和中心城市就业;不注重提高自身素质,热衷于托关系、寻门路,等等。造成大学生就业思想问题形成的原因是多方面的,主要有劳动力供给增量已达到高峰,人力资源逐渐由卖方市场过渡到买方市场,供需双方存在着结构性矛盾,以及学生择业心态不良,就业观念不正确等等。
解决大学生就业中存在的种种思想问题,需要创新和完善大学生就业思想政治教育的内容,其中包括转变就业观念提升就业竞争力,强化世情、国情和社情教育,着力就业政策宣传,引导学生正确看待就业形势,调整就业预期;帮助学生培养责任感,增强就业可信度,引导学生在就业中多看业绩,少看待遇;开展心理辅导,帮助大学生建立良好的心理品质和健全的人格。强化和健全大学生思想政治教育的机制,应当从建立健全管理体制和工作机制及加强大学生就业思想政治教育的队伍建设入手。在国家就业政策的不断完善过程中,高校需要在保有本校就业特色的基础上,不断创新就业指导方式,把学生思想政治教育与就业工作统筹考虑和安排,明确工作方法和手段,逐步将学校、家庭、社会有机结合,课堂教育和学生自我教育相辅相成,形成全方位、全程化的大学生就业思想政治教育模式。
