关于重庆大学外来务工人员的调查分析
【摘要】
本次调查以发放问卷方式，重点调查重庆大学外来务工人员的领取报酬情况与社会保障和生活与子女教育情况等五个方面，同时利用外来务工人员幸福感测评指标体系，对重庆大学外来务工人员的物质，心理，身处环境等各种角度进行综合调查。调查结果分析发现：外来务工人员自身技能偏低，以及法制法规不完善、政府不重视、大众普遍歧视外来务工人员等方面的问题，从而导致外来务工人员这类群体在社会上受到不公正待遇。本文在分析了解原因后，分别针对这些方面，提出相应建议。

abstracts This investigation mainly aimed at the material, psychology and environment, etc aspects of the Changing University’s migrant workers through two questionnaires.In the questionnaires, firstly, we focused on investigating the remuneration situation, social security and life and children education situation and so on five aspects of the migrant workers, also we had a migrant workers happine evaluation index system to evaluate the happine of them.Secondly, analyzing the survey results ,we found that lack of skills themselves, the imperfect legal and regulations system, the ignorance of the government, the general discrimination from the public and so on were leading to the migrant works being treated unfairly.Finally, based on the analysis, we put forward the corresponding proposals.Key words:migrant workershappinefair
