公司投资准备的资料

1、投资方营业执照复印件；

2、投资方简介；

3、投资方法人护照复印件；

4、投资方开户银行出具资信证明（原件两份）；

5、投资方营业执照证明应当经所在国家公证机关公证并经我国驻该国使（领）馆认证（提供认证书）；

6、新公司董事会成员身份证明（或护照复印件），联系电话，董事长或法人代表二张照片（如果设董事会需要）。监事的护照复印件。

7、新公司法人的护照复印件，照片一寸两张及简介；

8、拟成立公司名称和公司经营范围，拟设外资公司注册资金及投资总额；

9、可行性研究报告（可代写）和公司章程（可代写）；

10、投资方上一年度的财务报表（复印件）。

3.Paport photocopy of legal representative of investor;

4.Statement iued by investor’s bank(2 in original);

5.The Busine License of the investor should be notarized by the local state notary public office with an authentic act and certified by the local Chinese embay(or consulate)(2 in original);

6.For a newly-established company, ID certificate(or photocopy of paport)of each board director, and 2 photos of the Chairman of the board or legal representation(where appropriate)are neceary.Photocopy of paport of supervisors;
